    • Desiccated Coconut Low Fat (DCLF) is also made from white coconut meat after pressing to get the coconut milk. The DCLF has the fresh smell and new odor with the natural white color (milky color).DCLF contains fat content approximately 25-40% fat max and 5% moisture max. Desiccated coconut low fat can be used in various application including confectionery and bakery.
