• Coir mat is made from 100% coconut fiber which will be twisted to single string or double string (2 single strings twisted) and then bring those strings to the weaving frame as customer’s request.
• Weight: 5.5kgs (+/-0.2 kg) per square meter (m2); Thickness of rope 4 plies:  18 mm (+/- 2mm) ; Thickness of the mat: 30mm (+/-3mm); 19 to 20 double ropes with 4 plies per m2 ; Strings were twisted by machinery and weaving mat by hand.
• Coir mat is used for covering the road or places easy to be soft soil.

• Color: Natural brown yellow color of coconut fiber.

PACKAGING

• Coir mat is packed into the roll which flexible the sizes such as:
• 1m x 10m; (10m2/ roll; 145 rolls/ cont 40ft HC)
• 1.2m x 10m (12m2/ roll; 125 rolls/ cont 40ft HC)
• 1.5m x 10m (15m2/ roll; 100 rolls/ cont 40ft HC)
• 2m x 10 m(20m2/ roll;  75 rolls/ cont 40ft HC)
• Or customer’s requirements for the size or thickness.
