1. Desiccated Coconut High fat

Desiccated coconut High fat is produced from 100%  white coconut meat ( also called coconut kernel). The white coconut meat is cleaned and cut in different size through sterilized, dried process for High fat Desiccated Coconut (DCHF) such as: Fine grade, Medium grade, Flake and Chips grade according to each buyer’s requirements with packing from 7 kgs to 50kgs net bag.

DCHF is packed inside PE layer + multiplies of kraft paper and outside with or without PP. The marking / label on the bag will be printed as buyer’s requests or seller’s standard marking.

Our Desiccated Coconut High fat (DCHF) always has fresh flavor and good odor with natural white color characteristic of coconut. DCHF quality not only meet  for local market but also for export markets.

Our factories allocated at Ben Tre province where has the largest coconut quantity of Vietnam.

2. Desiccated Coconut Medium Fat: 

Desiccated Coconut Medium Fat (DCMF) is also made from white coconut meat after pressing to get the coconut milk. The DCMF has the fresh smell and new odor with the natural white color (milky color).

DCMF contains fat content approximately 45-55% fat max, and 5% moisture max. Desiccated coconut Medium fat can be used in various application including confectionery and bakery. 

Packing: In PE inside and outside PP with marking, 25kgs net/ bag.

3. Desiccated Coconut Low Fat:

Desiccated Coconut Low Fat (DCLF) is also made from white coconut meat after pressing to get the coconut milk. The DCLF has the fresh smell and new odor with the natural white color (milky color).

DCLF contains fat content approximately 25-40% fat max, and 5% moisture max. Desiccated coconut low fat can be used in various application including confectionery and bakery.
